Who am I? Who are you? Who are we?

Who am I? Who are you? Who are we?

You are an individualized expression of the ONE Life. You are the place where the Infinite is awakening to self-awareness. You are a being of love and light, radiant and beautiful. You are so much more than “just” human. You are not your past, your traumas, your sun sign or your numerology, You are neither your successes or your mistakes, You are not your skin color, gender, abilities or disabilities, heritage or any label you have given yourself or taken on.  Anything that describes YOU that is based on the human condition or the physical universe is by definition limited and finite.  But you are neither limited nor finite. Your being, your essential nature, your inner fire, your Spirit, your Soul, the true YOU, the I AM – that is the Universal individualized as YOU – the macrocosm showing up as a microcosm of Itself.

Your consciousness is a vital, necessary, and powerful expression and your intentions and choices unfold and evolve all of Life. Never doubt for one second that you are able to create a higher vibration and lift the frequency of consciousness as a whole. Shine your light. Share your love. Life full out. Not only are you inspiring those around you to be all they can be, you are also adding something new to the infinite unfolding and evolutionary trajectory of the Divine, Infinite, Universal Spirit Itself.

And if this is true for any one of us, It is true for every one of us. Collectively we are the radiant Light of Life and Love expressing in the world uniquely yet collectively. Let us join in consciousness and Light up the world with our Presence, Power and Love!

No Time Like The Present

No Time Like The Present

“Don’t wait! Start today! There will never be a “perfect” time to begin because you will never be finished with your current to-do list. If you keep doing what you’ve been doing, nothing will change. Remember, Spirit is only available in the eternal Here and Now, not in some future time when you’re ready or things are different.”

You Always Have Choices

You Always Have Choices

“Choices, choices! You always have choices. What will you do? How will you respond? How will you think about it? You are responsible for making and moving on your choice. Then, the Universal Principle & Presence will move to support it.”

Confession is good for the soul!

Confession is good for the soul!

Sometimes we just have to admit it – whatever it is. Admit that in this moment we want something different than what we have…admit when we have uncharitable thoughts towards someone…admit when we are angry or sad, resentful or hurt. Admitting our most unthinkable thoughts gets them up and out, and keeps them from festering or worse, being suppressed and coming our sideways passive/aggressively or painfully in our bodies. Admitting our faults or negative thoughts purges them like poison we’ve eaten that we know not to swallow.

Rules for confession – Only confess to someone who won’t get into the swirl with you. Only confess to those you know see you beyond your ugly thoughts. Confess to others who are authentically seeking to be their best selves, while admitting their own humanness. Remember that thoughts are words are not actions and deeds so you aren’t guilty unless or until you act out on all that negativity. Finally, you only need to confess once or twice, after the third time it has become a story with which you flagellate yourself or seek sympathy from others.

So be compassionate with your humanness while being completely secure in your deepening spirituality. Releasing negativity is good for the soul. Let it up and out and then let it go. What’s left is a clear mind and an open heart, purged of the burden of negativity, ready to be a light in the world. What’s left is the true you!

Choose the Life You Want

Choose the Life You Want

“Spirit wants for you, what you want for yourself… only more and better than you can even imagine! Don’t wait! Start today choosing the life you want, and trust that Spirit is unfolding every step necessary to bring that life about.”

Inspired living in ordinary moments

Inspired living in ordinary moments

There is a lot of sameness in our lives these days – the same four walls of our homes and the same urgency of managing our prosperity and the same uncertainty of when things will resolve into something more normal and the same people in boxes on zoom and the same screens as windows into the world.  All this sameness, whether it’s filled with innovation, rest, or anxiety, can become challenging, boring, and closed in. In all this sameness we are engaged in the ordinary moments of everyday life, just with fewer activities to distract us.

Let us, then, turn in to all these ordinary moments and invite Spirit to show Itself to us. Looking for the Presence and the way the Universe is showing up to support, empower, and lift us makes our lives glow with Light and inspires our spiritual awakening. In your gratitude journal this week, note all the times you saw, realized or felt the heart and hand of Love, Spirit, the Divine Intelligence, making itself known. Watch how your ordinary life becomes a veritable fountain of spiritual inspiration!

Apply Spiritual Principles

Apply Spiritual Principles

“Apply spiritual principles to every area of your life. This means looking at anything and seeing it through the lenses of the qualities of God or the spiritual truths you have learned. This changes everything!”

Nature speaks – are you listening?

Nature speaks – are you listening?

“Trees are the earth’s endless effort to speak to the listening heaven.” Rabindranath Tagore

“Flowers are the earth’s intimate enticement to lean in and connect with the sacred.” Petra Weldes

Look for The Good and Praise It!

Look for The Good and Praise It!

“Inhale the beauty of life.  Look at the bursting, overflowing life all around you.  Nothing is ever as bad as it seems.  Look for the good and praise it!”

See with The Eyes of Love

See with The Eyes of Love

“How much of what you complain about in another person is actually a projection of what you do?  Spiritual maturity seeks to understand what is triggered within you that produces the feelings of blame, shame, anger, or withdrawal.  Seeing yourself clearly, allows you to see the other person more clearly, and then you can see with the eyes of Love.”

The Stage of Life

The Stage of Life

“Sometimes people are playing a role in our movie–we attracted them to live out our beliefs about life.  Sometimes we are playing a part in their movie.  Usually, its some portion of both.  Determining which part is yours and which is theirs, helps you do the healing work that is here for you to do, and not take personally the part which is theirs to heal.”

The Good Must Come!

The Good Must Come!

“There is a silver lining to every cloud and good must come of everything we call bad.  We know this is true because we declare and demand it from the Universal Law of Life!  So, good is made of something that starts out as bad, even if we don’t know what that good is… today, or next week, or next month.  Simply trust that it is so!”

Trying something new?

Trying something new?

Change and disruption require us to embrace many things that are different than what we are used to. This can be both annoying and exhilarating, challenging or creative, all at the same time. Which side of the spectrum we are on depends on how we take it up. We can take it up with complaint and resistance or with possibility and exploration.

Evolution is always moving in the direction of newness through expansion, progression, and mutation. Eventually, this becomes a complete transformation. You can embrace transformation by allowing yourself to be evolved and expanded. Every time you try something new, whether it’s a new program, a new idea, a new awareness, or a new habit, you increase the possibility that your expression of your self is mutated and that you are progressing toward being more of who you really are.

Lose the chains of habit, toss back the cover of comfort, and decide to try every new thing with the curiosity and exuberance of a child. This keeps you young and flexible, growing and learning, and moving in the direction of your greater good, in alignment with the very nature and trajectory of Life Itself.

The Blessing of You!

The Blessing of You!

“Do not wish to be anything but what you are, and try to be that to the best of your ability.  Do not seek to be like anyone else.  Your own gifts are worth cultivating and sharing.  The world is in need of them.”

Circulate Your Good

Circulate Your Good

“Circulate your good–through gifts, tithes, give-aways, praising speech, and offers to help.  Notice how much good you have to share.  This is a demonstration of the abundance you have.  Celebrate and enjoy that abundance! You deserve it.”
