Reading about spiritual principles is not the same as living spiritual principles. Ernest Holmes wrote: “I would rather see a student of this Science prove it’s Principle than to have them repeat all the words of wisdom that have ever been uttered.”

Football players practice. Dancers practice. Musicians practice. Debate team members practice. Writers practice. Speakers practice. We expect anyone who is accomplished to practice their craft before we recognize them as someone to follow or reward. Why would you think you could live a spiritually guided life without practicing daily?

In order to create a life you love, you must practice applying spiritual principles in your daily life. The theme this month at CSLDallas is “Practice, Practice, Practice!” and this week Tracy Brown reminds us that learning is basic and sharing is good, but practicing is essential.
