Where Are You Stuck?!

Slowly but surely life is changing around us again. Reopening, not reopening; getting together, but still physically distancing; wearing or not wearing masks; being outside while staying at home; working, not working — so many variables compounded by so much uncertainty. Nonetheless, life moves forward. And if your life is anything like mine, all the patterns and things that don’t work are staring at you – having been brought to surface without being able to distract from them. Right where we are, there we are.

Our soul, and the soul of humanity, is calling us to something — individually and collectively. We are invited to look at how and where we are stuck in old ways, old patterns, old ideas and beliefs and to really see how those things have played out in our lives. Whether it’s habitual stress, outdated coping skills or a disregard for the impact of environmental and inequity blindness, we have a golden opportunity to get unstuck, to open our eyes, and allow our soul to lead us into a new light.

Let’s learn to release things that keep us stuck! Letting go of self-judgment, self-doubt and shame as well as unforgiveness, condemnation and blame are ways we create a huge release of new energy, vitality and enthusiasm for life. We can explore powerful techniques of release and apply them to our own lives by deciding who we want to be instead. Developing our inner resilience comes by knowing the Spiritual Truth and diligently affirming our unique presence and value of others. Opening to Spirit brings the Light of Revelation and Truth and pries us loose from our old ways, forging new pathways in mind and heart.

Remember — Principle is not bound by precedent! This is the first step in letting go of old stories, past mistakes and the fear that keeps us locked in place. Let’s step boldly forward into a new beginning, become spiritual warriors as we carve a new path for ourselves and all of humanity. Father’s Day is the perfect time to embrace the Divine Masculine and strengthen our soul power for good.

We have no specific book of the month; however, we encourage you to explore The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael A. Singer. We’ve used it before as a book of the month, and it is a brilliant guide to untethering ourselves from being stuck in our sense of separation and opening ourselves to the presence and revelation of Spirit. Enjoy!

Here’s a great spiritual tool for the month and beyond that Rev Karen likes to use: I AM NOT BOUND BY ANY MISTAKE-1st person
