Meditation may seem mystical, but it is one of the most stress relieving and spiritually awakening things you can do for yourself. There are many ways to meditate, none of them wrong. We will explore the three most popular and effective ways to develop your meditation practice. We will discuss common pitfalls and false ideas about mediation. You will leave with a new or restarted meditation practice. Dr Petra has been meditating for over 40 years, but she remembers what it’s like to start and restart and start again.
