You can not always know if an action will harm someone, and sometimes actions that seem harmful are actually beneficial. This is why examining your desires and what you want to manifest is necessary. Remember that harming no one also includes all beings, all consciousness, and all life. As you include in your awareness the commitment not to harm your loved ones, or strangers, or those that are different from you, or those who can not act or speak for themselves, or those who are not human, you are growing your ethical and compassionate awareness of the oneness of everyone and all beings everywhere. This includes the forests and the animals, nature and the seas, birds and the air, and our planet as a whole. Pay attention to how your desires and your manifestation impacts the whole of creation and you are being LOVE and harming no one. When your desires are in alignment with LIFE, you may manifest anything your heart desires.
