Socrates stated, “An unexamined life is not worth living.” Unexamined thought, feelings, and ideas are also not worth living. Every time you are willing and able to look clearly at the feeling driving you, the thought you are obsessed with or the ideas you cling to, you are engaging in a powerful spiritual practice. This ability to examine yourself is the gift of the witness/observer state you have achieved through meditation and spiritual awareness. It allows you to unhook from false beliefs, old patterns of thinking, emotional reactions, and plain old human-based behavior. Your ability to observe and recognize that your emotions and thoughts might not be true opens the door to the light of spiritual illumination, insight, and wisdom. This is where clarity comes from. When you want clarity, stop and breath, then observe and examine your inner state based on the spiritual wisdom you have already gained.. The Light will come flooding in. That’s a promise from the Universe.
Sócrates dijo, “Una vida sin ser examinada no vale la pena vivirla”. Pensamientos, sentimientos e ideas sin ser examinados no valen la pena vivir. Cada vez que estás dispuesto y disponible a ver claramente al sentimiento que te está llevando, al pensamiento con el cual estás obsesionado o ideas a las cuales te estás apegando, te estás involucrando en una práctica espiritual intensa. La habilidad de examinarte es el regalo de estar en un estado de testigo/observador el cual has adquirido mediante meditación y despertar espiritual. Este te permite desengancharte de creencias falsas, patrones de pensar viejos, reacciones emocionales, y básicamente comportamiento viejos de usar. Tu habilidad de observar y reconocer que tus emociones y pensamientos puede que no sean ciertos, abre la puerta a la luz de iluminación espiritual, revelación y sabiduría. Aquí es donde la claridad aparece. Cuando deseas claridad, para y respira, después observa y examina tu interior basándote en la sabiduría espiritual que ya adquiriste. La Luz llegará, esta es la promesa del Universo.
