Join us, both in-person in our sanctuary and online, for a joyous and sacred celebration celebrating the Incarnation in a whole new way. The metaphysical understanding of the nativity story provides clues to what creates a welcoming for the awareness of Oneness and the development of deeply spiritual consciousness. Jesus, the Christ, is a great example of a life lived from a profoundly awakened consciousness and a reliance on spiritual principle. But he isn’t the only one!
We are all incarnations of the One Life and on Christmas Eve we remember this powerful truth. Rather than waiting for another savior, we realize that “the second coming” – IS us. As we awaken to this truth, what example can we be and how do we live and show the way to a spiritually awakened consciousness and a profound love for all humanity, especially those who are disenfranchised, outcast, and unwelcomed?
A glorious evening of inspired messages, sacred solos and ensemble music, and family caroling, led by Dr Petra and Rev Karen. At the heart of the evening is a powerful ritual that culminates in our annual candle lighting celebration.
This evening is for the whole family, so everyone will be in the Sanctuary. The Celebration will be simul-cast on campus in our Berrong Lounge and Joy Village Reception areas, so parents with a wiggly child don’t have to miss a moment. We will have hot apple cider and cookies following our celebration.
We will also be livestreaming the entire celebration. Make sure you have a candle with you at home to participate fully.
Be part of the awakening. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for!
