“It is easy in the world to live after the worlds opinion; it is easy in solitude to live after our own; but the great one is one who in the midst of the crowd keeps with perfect sweetness the independence of solitude.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson

Do not be afraid of the negativity in the world or in someone else.  You do not want to become superstitious or afraid.  Each time you are confronted with negativity, whether it is in the news, on TV, or from the mouth of a friend, it is a call to prayer.  Rather than becoming worried, fearful, or angry, move into the centered space within that you know and feel every time you go into meditation or prayer.

Pray for peace, healing, justice, and right action.  Speak your word of truth that Spirit is present and everything will turn out for good.  You will be a benevolent presence to everyone, including yourself, and to Life itself.

Reflection:  What do you do when confronted with negativity?  How could you come from a place of Truth?

Affirmation:  I speak for the Presence and Power of Spirit in any seemingly negative situation, for the Good of all.
