Awareness of the Presence

Sit, with a still body and an open mind. Watch what flows across your awareness – thoughts, feelings, memories, tasks, songs, itch and twitch – simply notice. This is what is flowing through your awareness, but isn’t actually you because you can watch it. Remember – thoughts aren’t Truth, feelings aren’t facts, and your body isn’t who you are. You have thoughts, you feel feelings, and you have a body. The you that YOU ARE is the awareness within which these are happening. Sit in the realization of this truth, be present to your awareness, and the Oneness will reveal Itself as a Joy that wells up from within. Sit, with a still body and an open mind. The Presence is already present.
