The BIG Leap

Who are you and who have you come here to be? What’s your purpose in life? What’s the next big leap forward for you to live out your purpose? Aren’t these the big questions? Wouldn’t it be good to find some answers, even some direction?

There is something within you, the inner spark of genius, the God-seed, the essential you, that knows. We call this the “I AM”, the individualized expression of the Whole, Infinite, Ultimate Reality that you are. While your “I AM” is Infinite and one with the Whole, it is also unique and precious. There is a never-to-be-repeated individualization that is you that guides you in your life. You might call this your talents, tendencies, values, desires, and quirkiness all wrapped up into the authentic you that is your nature. When this is covered or confined, we can feel stagnant, depressed, limited, and disconnected.

Finding our authentic self, listening to our inner guidance, and moving in alignment with who we have come here to be can be a big leap. Yet it is precisely this leap into our true self that opens the door to greater joy, connection, meaning and fulfillment. This leap can be scary, but it’s also exciting. Using our spiritual tools and with the support of community and family, we can leap into our own greater, deeper, richer life.

During November at CSLDallas, we are exploring these very topics as we “Soar with Love” to the end of the year. How can we Soar with Love if we feel stagnant, unsure, or off purpose? And once we have some inkling of what’s next, how do we find the inspiration and courage to make the next big leap? This is our journey together!

Our book of the month, The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks, provides tons of useful ideas and much support for our journey. And we end our journey with huge gratitude, for the path, the learning, the growing, and the companionship along the way.

The Big Leap  by Gay Hendricks

Most of us believe that we will finally feel satisfied and content with our lives when we get the good news we have been waiting for, find a healthy relationship, or achieve one of our personal goals. However, this rarely happens. Good fortune is often followed by negative emotions that overtake us and result in destructive behaviors. “I don’t deserve this,” “this is too good to be true,” or any number of harmful thought patterns prevent us from experiencing the joy and satisfaction we have earned.
Sound familiar?
The Big Leap delivers a proven method for first identifying which of these four fears prevents us from reaching our personal upper limit, and then breaking through that limitation to achieve what Hendricks refers to as our Zone of Genius. Hendricks provides a clear path for achieving our true potential and attaining not only financial success but also success in love and life.

Let’s take The Big Leap TOGETHER as a COMMUNITY!
