Facilities & Admin Coordinator

Carmen joined our CSLDallas team in February 2023 as the new Facilities and Administrative Coordinator. Originally from Bakersfield, California, her passion for helping communities in need, led her to a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Fresno State University and an extensive career in the nonprofit sector supporting lower-income families, youth and education programs, as well as veterans, housing insecurity, and substance use.

Her life experiences during the pandemic then led her to seek out a spiritual home and soul tribe, and in 2022 she found CSLDallas. Carmen feels deep gratitude for the opportunity to apply her education, her career experience, and her spiritual wisdom toward transforming lives in this community and beyond. Moreover, she is excited to expand this spiritual truth alongside her four beautiful children and their journey together.
