Meditation is the art and science of stillness. It creates a state of relaxation to reduce stress. It creates stability and emotional intelligence in the psyche. It opens the mind, heart and soul to cosmic awareness. In meditation we find answers, belonging, Oneness and a deep wellspring of peace and joy.
Meditation is not nearly as hard as you may think, yet it requires the same kind of practice that you would give to any sport, instrument, or study in which you want to excel. Where to begin – at the beginning of course! How to go deeper – practice together! Dive in, the water is fine!

Dr Petra Weldes has been meditating for over 40 years. She was trained by a monk from Parmahansa Yogananda’s Ashram and has continued to cultivate a classic eastern technique with a western sensibility. Dr Petra’s meditations take you deep, her teaching guides you on your way, and her consciousness inspires practice.
