Forgiveness and letting go are steps on our road back to happiness and peace. It may not be an easy journey, yet it is a powerful place to be because it sets us free. The practice of forgiveness is one of the most important contributions to the healing of ourselves and the world. As part of International Forgiveness Day (celebrated on August 6). Through deep reflection, meditation, experiential processes, and music, we give ourselves the gift to experience peace through forgiveness. Also, make sure to bring a sack lunch.
