Jeff Fritts, Vice Chair

Jeff Fritts is a successful entrepreneur, commercial real estate finance expert, and independent investor. He has been a managing partner or President for successful start-ups including FrittsSesler Investments, Sarofim Realty Advisors, and a family-owned retail business, Loretta’s Intimates. Other notable achievements include outstanding returns on the Central Regional real estate portfolio of The Equitable; chartering American Federal Bank before selling to Guaranty Federal Bank; creating an investment banking arm, as Director of Finance, for Trammell Crow Company and serving as President of the Texas Foundation for Visually Impaired Children from 2004 to 2008.

Since 2008 his activities have been split between serving business interests and volunteering. Jeff and Karen, his wife, are very active in the CSLDallas.

He serves as Chair of their Core Council and heads the Dialogue Circle and co-leads the Men’s Circle. In June 2016, Jeff was appointed a CASA volunteer (a Court Appointed Special Advocate) for abused and neglected children in Dallas County.

Jeff and Karen have three grown daughters, five granddaughters, and one grandson. They devote as much time to this growing family as their daughters will allow.
