Join certified Qi Gong Instructors, Micalyn and Rose, to learn safe, natural, and effective ways to heal your physical body, boost your immune system, and to help balance your emotions. Qigong is a moving meditation exercise that activates your Qi, which is your life force energy, your body’s own healing power. The active movements are gentle yet powerful.
- Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
- No previous experience is necessary.
- The sessions do not build upon each other, so drop in anytime.
Beginning January 9th, you can sign up to participate in the 100-day challenge which incorporates videos and other exercises to aid you in your practice. The 100-day challenge will begin the next following Monday, January 16th.
