MEDITATION IS MORE THAN YOU THINK IMMERSIVE
You’ve heard about meditation but aren’t sure how to really do it. Maybe you think you can’t meditate? Or perhaps your meditation practice isn’t as consistent as you’d like it to be. Get started or restarted with this time of guidance, experimentation, and practice.
Research has shown what the mystics have known all along: Meditation is good for your life – reducing stress, anxiety and depression. It is good for your brain by rewiring the fight or flight amygdala hijack and strengthening the inner observer. It is a powerful psychological discipline that accesses your witness, allowing you to have control of the gap between stimulus and response. Meditation is a quiet space in which you learn to listen to and love yourself.
All these benefits are the groundwork that gets laid in a meditation practice to ultimately access the infinite within which is the doorway to the Universal Reality, the Source of Love and Light, the source of your being and all creation. This has made meditation seem esoteric, inaccessible, and hard. But it’s not. It is a discipline of consciousness that anyone, everyone, can learn and practice.
The ongoing impact of a meditation practice will blow your mind, open your heart, and strengthen your ability to notice, giving you a centered and grounded way of being in the world while accessing the deepest and furthest reaches of the Infinite nature of reality..
In this time together, you will:
- Experiment with various meditation techniques
- Focus on the breath, the observer, and your inner landscape
- Find your way into a meditation practice
- Commune with the Universal, Infinite Oneness, your way
- Become more peaceful and centered within. yourself
- Discover the value of group meditation
- Begin your personal meditation practice
