THE FORGIVENESS WORKSHOP
A Journey to Freedom

TEACHER: DORAYNE BREEDLOVE
DATE: AUGUST 1ST
TIME: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
COST: $35
LOCATION: ONLINE
NOTE: THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR ADULTS ONLY

Would you like to finally forgive someone, yourself, or a situation?

Now is the time to release and let go – for yours and everyone’s sake. Forgiveness and letting go are steps on our road back to happiness and peace. It may not be an easy journey, yet it is a powerful place to be because it sets us free.

The practice of forgiveness is one of the most important contributions to the healing of ourselves and the world. Through deep reflection, meditation, experiential processes, and music, we give ourselves the gift to experience peace through forgiveness.

This workshop will explore what forgiveness actually means, what it doesn’t mean, what conditions are required, how intimate injuries harm us, and what is involved in the stages of a forgiveness process. If you have found it difficult to reconcile previous teachings on forgiveness with your own personal journey and sense of justice, then this workshop will be helpful to you.

Forgiveness is not for the other person. It is not taking them off “the hook,” but rather setting yourself free so that you are no longer weighed down by anger or bitterness.
