Qi Gong is a moving meditation exercise that activates your Qi, which is your life force energy, your body’s own healing power. The active movements are gentle yet powerful.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. No previous experience is necessary. The sessions do not build upon each other, so drop in anytime.
