What does living in gratitude look like? Want to practice gratitude on a more consistent basis?

Welcome to the Gratitude Circle! A positive and supportive space where we practice applying appreciation for the blessings in our lives.

Discover the power of gratitude and its ability to transform our everyday experiences. By focusing on an attitude of gratitude, we cultivate a sense of joy and contentment which promotes our overall well-being. This loving positivity serves as a ripple effect of betterment into our lives, those around us, and the planet!

Join us each month to foster a mindset of thankfulness as we encourage one another along our journeys. Each gathering includes a short centering practice, themed reading, and interactive group discussion. We’ll explore a variety of topics from the simple joys of life to health, work to relationships. Everyone is welcome!

Got a gratitude journal? Great, bring it! We will talk about how to begin one as well.
