Return to Stillness: Meditation Retreat

What becomes possible when you finally give yourself permission to pause?
In a world that constantly asks for your attention, this retreat is an invitation to come home to yourself. Step away from the noise, the demands, and the endless doing—and enter a sacred space of stillness, renewal, and deep inner listening.
Our journey begins Friday evening with a simple soup and bread gathering, allowing us to slow down, connect, and gently transition into retreat. You’ll receive guidance for the day ahead before settling into a peaceful evening meditation that prepares your heart and mind for the transformative experience to come.
On Saturday, you’ll be immersed in a full day of restorative practices designed to quiet the mind, open the heart, and awaken a deeper sense of presence. A soup and salad lunch is included. Through guided breathwork, a variety of meditation experiences to include Charkra Meditation and the healing vibrations of a Crystal Bowl Meditation, you’ll be invited to release stress, restore your energy, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.
Whether you are new to meditation or have practiced for years, this retreat offers a welcoming space to simply be—to breathe, to rest, and to remember the peace that has never left you.
Seating is limited, so don’t delay in registering.
