This powerful exercise helps you reframe your experiences by intentionally retelling a single story through the lens of multiple emotions, joy, anger, fear, sadness, excitement, and more. When you find yourself caught in a strong emotion, your default reaction often takes over.
Around the World Storytelling invites you to travel emotionally to see what happens when you revisit that same story from a different emotional “country.”
