DESCRIPTION:Gratitude is not only a virtue\, but it also is part of a practical philosophy of daily life.  There is no wiser way of living than to remember every morning what Life has given us\, and to lift up our thought in thankfulness for every bounty we possess.  E. Holmes  \nHave you ever made a vision board?  \nIt’s a lovely act of creating images of what you want in your life and focusing on them to draw them to you. Yet it keeps us focused on what we don’t yet have.    \nWhat if we create Gratitude Boards Instead?  \nSurely beyond the air we breathe and the sunshine we enjoy we’ve had many moments\, people\, opportunities\, achievements\, and experiences for which we have gratitude. Focusing on these brings into our consciousness the kind of life we already have experienced and therefore have already embodied.   \nRemember: what we focus on grows. Come every week\, or come when you can\, there is always an insight or “aha” here for you. \nScience of Mind is a compilation of the great thoughts of the ages\, the deep mystical yearnings of minds in search of God\, and the modern approach to a faith\, which can be demonstrated. In its practice and teachings\, Science of Mind endeavors to include the whole life. It is a way of life focused on joy\, freedom from fear\, and justified by results.
