SUMMARY:Bonton Farms Community Service Project
DESCRIPTION:As one of our nonprofit partners\, CSLDallas is proud to support Bonton Farms\, a local organization committed to redefining communities and disrupting systems of inequity. As a demonstration of our commitment to service\, the CSLDallas Community Service Team invites you to gather with us for a day of gardening at Bonton’s Extension Farm! \nDuring this volunteer project\, we will have the opportunity to contribute to Bonton Farms’ mission by helping them lay a foundation for change that yields health\, wholeness\, and opportunity as the norm. All volunteers will receive a private tour of the farm\, followed by a choice of tasks to help support their important work. We will partake in various chores\, such as cleaning chicken coops\, harvesting/pruning rows of produce\, watering trees and vegetables\, and helping plant new crops. This is the perfect time to show off that green thumb of yours if you’ve got it! \nClick the button below to RSVP online or sign up in person by visiting the Community Service Team table after the Sunday Celebration on May 7th and May 21st. Team Lead\, Kris Gallant\, will email you more information along with a waiver to complete. Learn more about Bonton Farms’ mission at www.bontonfarms.org. \nSIGN UP HERE\n\nPlease note that while teens 16 years or older are allowed to participate solo\, children under 16 can not volunteer without a parent or guardian present. Children aged 10-15 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times\, no exceptions. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted on the premises.
