DESCRIPTION:As one of our nonprofit partners\, CSLDallas is proud to support Bonton Farms\, a local organization committed to redefining communities and disrupting systems of inequity. As a demonstration of our commitment to service\, the CSLDallas Community Service Team invites you to gather with us for a day of gardening at Bonton’s Extension Farm! \nDuring this volunteer project\, we will have the opportunity to contribute to Bonton Farms’ mission by helping them lay a foundation for change that yields health\, wholeness\, and opportunity as the norm. All volunteers will receive a private tour of the farm\, followed by a choice of tasks to help support their important work. We will partake in various chores\, such as cleaning chicken coops\, harvesting/pruning rows of produce\, watering trees and vegetables\, and helping plant new crops. You may be asking yourself\, “What is God’s Will for me?”\, or\, “I think I know what I want but feel like I have failed in the past so don’t know if it’s even realistic.” \nEven though people talk about their purpose\, their actual path to manifestation is often riddled with a sense of despair over past losses and this gets in the way of them living the life of their dreams. \nSome people get so disillusioned with the idea of living their life’s purpose that they stop trying. They don’t feel good enough\, smart enough\, or that life’s circumstances have gotten in the way. They may have taken inspirational classes\, read books\, or even seen therapists or coaches to help them either SEE THE VISION or IMPLEMENT THE VISION of their life’s purpose. And yet\, they might feel like something is missing because they are just not where they want to be in their lives. DESCRIPTION:ONLINE\nCSLDallas (Center for Spiritual Living Dallas) is celebrating the National Day of Prayer on Saturday\, May 8\, 2021\, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM Central Time.  \nJoin us as we connect in peace and prayer! \nThe officially designated date this year is actually Thursday\, May 6 but we have elected to conduct our ceremony on May 8 to allow for more participation. \nThe National Day of Prayer is celebrated by many religions\, including Christians of various denominations\, as well as Sikhs\, Muslims\, Hindus\, Jews\, and other faith traditions which reflect the diversity of spiritual faiths practiced in the United States. Spiritual leaders from a variety of faiths will present their prerecorded prayers of peace from their unique spiritual traditions. It is our intention that as we come together to pray\, we demonstrate through our actions that peace among all is possible and that the power of prayer is one of the ways in which we bring peace\, harmony\, love\, joy\, and wisdom into our lives\, our communities\, our nation\, and the world. \nThe ceremony will also include music to celebrate our coming together to promote peace\, love\, and harmony.
