SUMMARY:CSLDallas Annual Women's Retreat
DESCRIPTION:YES\, and… \nCO-CREATING with the INFINITE \nWhat if the most extraordinary life isn’t something you force—but something you learn to dance with? \n“Yes\, and…” is more than a phrase\, it’s a state of being; an invitation to open your heart\, trust your inner wisdom\, and welcome the unexpected with curiosity. \nJoin us for a transformative women’s retreat where we’ll explore the sacred art of co-creating with Life itself. Together\, we’ll embrace the beautiful paradox of both/and—holding intention while surrendering to possibility\, grounding in purpose while remaining open to surprise\, honoring what is while courageously stepping toward what could be. \nThrough experiential practices\, meaningful connection\, inner reflection\, movement\, and creativity\, you’ll discover the art of: \n· Trusting your intuition \n· Releasing the need to know “the details” \n· Cultivating a “Yes\, and…” consciousness \n· Planting powerful seeds of intention \n· Connecting authentically with other women in a safe space \nThis retreat is for every woman ready to co-create the next beautiful chapter of her life. \nSay yes and watch what unfolds; joy and more joy ahead! \nWe are excited to announce that Lisa Ferraro will join us a co-facilitator. \nLisa is an acclaimed singer\, songwriter\, speaker\, meditation and retreat facilitator\, She is recognized for her ability to work with “subtle energies of music and vibrational space\,” making her a sought-after facilitator. Lisa will also be the Sunday speaker on November 8 and offering her own workshop after service. It’s a great weekend for the women of CSLDallas! \nWHEN: Saturday\, November 7th 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. \nWHERE: Springhill Retreat Center Lodge 3991 E. Renner Rd.\, Richardson 75082 \nCOST: (Includes Lunch) Retreat only $125 (early bird) and $150 after October 25th.  \nRetreat & Lisa Ferraro’s workshop $200 \n(Price for Lisa’s workshop stand alone is $100). \n  \n\nRegister Now\n\n  \n\n\nMeet Your Facilitators: \nChristine Volkmer\, RScP\nNow in my sixth decade\, I have traveled a long road with no road map…starting with how to leave an unconscious marriage\, and a faith that no longer worked for me\, to a new life as a lesbian mom\, raising six boys with my partner\, all while drowning in fear of losing my kids\, my mind\, my job\, and pretending I didn’t have a ridiculous problem with low self-esteem. I battled guilt for the pain those around me experienced as I learned to use my voice and make a choice for a life that called me. And all of their pain\, real or imagined\, ran around inside my body manifesting as one health issue after another. I survived with the help of a therapist\, but I learned to thrive with spiritual tools that shifted the ground of my being\, my perspective\, and my ability to work through emotions and emerge with a deeper sense of me\, of my true Self. I bring my passion for teaching\, spirituality\, coaching\, connection\, and personal growth with a holistic approach to just about everything I do. Learning to live FROM that place is the game changer I love to share. \n  \nSherry Wood\, RScP\nSherry has joyfully served the CSLDallas community in many capacities since becoming a member in 2003. She has served the community at every level of leadership and is recognized for the wisdom and consciousness she brings to the table. Since becoming a licensed Practitioner/Spiritual Coach in 2008\, Sherry has taught classes\, provided 1-1 coaching for individuals\, co-facilitated community retreats\, as well as providing prayer support for community members and the CSLDallas staff.  Creating containers where transformative experiences can occur is one of her passions…the place where authentic human connection dances with the divine\, no matter our age or stage in life. It’s the willingness to suit up and show up\, and to embrace the Good that is available to each and every one of us.
