Our collective consciousness is more powerful than working to shift consciousness individually. \nThis has all been proven in many ways\, including through Lynne McTaggart’s Intention Experiment\, in which CSLDallas participated. DESCRIPTION:Are you tired of hearing only extremist\, divisive\, or angry voices every time we face important\, even life-threatening issues? Do you want to get involved\, not just sign petitions? Do you want your views to make a difference\, not just rant on social media? Are you unsure about how to make your voice heard where it matters? \nIf you want to make sure that a spiritually grounded\, inclusive\, and positive voice and vision are part of lifting our culture and shifting public policy\, then this training is for you. \nPracticing the Science of Mind means taking personal responsibility and this training shows us how to take responsibility for actualizing our Global Vision. We have so much to offer to the political\, social justice\, and cultural conversations. We know how to create a vision and then speak for it. We know how to reveal unconscious beliefs and change old paradigms of thinking\, we do it for ourselves every day. \nOur spiritual imperative is to contribute our highest thoughts\, words\, and actions in service to a world that works for everyone. CSLDallas has prioritized being a Force for Good in the world. But we don’t always know how. Yes\, individual and personal actions make a difference. Yes\, causal work in the collective consciousness is key. But we also treat and move our feet. To change the narrative\, influence public policy\, and work to create a just\, sustainable\, and inclusive world\, we must contribute our beliefs and our voice in a powerful and compelling way. We do this through effective Advocacy. \nThis training focuses on: \n\nHow our democracy works at the local\, state\, and national levels\nWhere and how public policy is made\nHow public policy and public opinion is influenced\nWhat advocacy is\nKnowing why you want to become an advocate\nWhat to advocate for\nHow to get in touch with representatives and change makers in your community\nHow to join other advocacy groups and events\n\nAdvocacy is about communication and influencing\, not fighting\, debating\, or being against. Advocacy is making sure that your voice – a sane spiritual\, positive voice for a powerful vision and healthy future – is at the table. We will be having a special program followed by a fun reception to connect and dance into the night! \nShe will be leaving the month of April\, so what a perfect way to send her off\, so she can enjoy\, and rejuvenate! \nYou will see that on the registration form\, we have a variety of ways to show our appreciation and love for Dr Petra.
