Allow yourself to take that ride. You’ll be glad you did. \nCornell Kinderknecht is an award-winning recording artist\, world flute virtuoso\, pianist\, and keyboardist. He is an Indian Summer Music Awards winner. He has been twice nominated for “Musician of the Year” in the Texas Music Awards\, and his song “Mother’s Hands” from Nightfall was named as a Top 5 Winner in the Instrumental Category of the Great American Song Contest. His music has charted on Billboard Magazine’s New Age Albums chart. Venues Cornell has performed in include the prestigious Carnegie Hall in New York City\, the magnificent amphitheater built into the 2000-foot red rock cliffs of Zion Canyon\, the underground “Cave Without A Name\,” Meyerson Symphony Center\, and the AT&T Dallas Cowboys Stadium. \nHis music can be heard in film\, television soundtracks and advertising. He and his music were featured in the nationally aired television series\, “The Art of Living Gallery.” He has debuted works for choir and Native American flute with the Texas Voices. He is a regular presenter and performer at music workshops and festivals around the US. \nCornell is also an ordained lay person in Thich Naht Hanh’s Order of Interbeing and brings an exceptional peace and presence to his music.) \nMartin McCall – world drum and percussionist. Martin adds a depth nd richness as well as a playful touch to his drumming. He has many “great” names on his hit list\, and his collaboration album with Cornell called “Dreamtime” was nominated for New Age Album of the Year when it was released. \nMartin has had the pleasure of performing with many good local musicians.\nBands of local notoriety include guitar virtuoso Rhett Butler\, Japanese drumming Taiko groups Kobushi and Taikodelic\, Celtic fusion bands Brothers 3 and The Selkie Girls\, jazz poll winner in Guitar Player Magazine Joseph Le On drum kit\, he has performed multiple styles. To name a few\, rock\, jazz\, country\, blues\, reggae\, soca\, world fusion\, zydeco\, Latin\, new age\, pop\, funk and Celtic.\nMartin has performed on a variety of world percussion instruments such as taiko\, bodhran\, congas and bongos\, African djembe\,doumbek\, and others.
