The Wisdom Circle is a whole-group experience and whole-group container for nurturing transformation. He has many “great” names on his hit list\, and his collaboration album with Cornell called “Dreamtime” was nominated for New Age Album of the Year when it was released. \nMartin has had the pleasure of performing with many good local musicians.\nBands of local notoriety include guitar virtuoso Rhett Butler\, Japanese drumming Taiko groups Kobushi and Taikodelic\, Celtic fusion bands Brothers 3 and The Selkie Girls\, jazz poll winner in Guitar Player Magazine Joseph Le On drum kit\, he has performed multiple styles. To name a few\, rock\, jazz\, country\, blues\, reggae\, soca\, world fusion\, zydeco\, Latin\, new age\, pop\, funk and Celtic.\nMartin has performed on a variety of world percussion instruments such as taiko\, bodhran\, congas and bongos\, African djembe\,doumbek\, and others.

DESCRIPTION:We come together monthly to share in the experience of engaging with our spiritual practice along with\nlifestyle strategies as we navigate maintaining or improving our physical health. \nA big part of this engagement is cultivating a mindset of profound ownership of our health – claiming and embracing\nhealth and wellbeing as our Divine birthright. \nWe will explore the journey of health and the various\ncomponents of mindset and lifestyle changes that we can use in service to our visions of health for\nourselves and for others. A positive and supportive space where we practice applying appreciation for the blessings in our lives.  \nDiscover the power of gratitude and its ability to transform our everyday experiences. By focusing on an attitude of gratitude\, we cultivate a sense of joy and contentment which promotes our overall well-being. This loving positivity serves as a ripple effect of betterment into our lives\, those around us\, and the planet! \nJoin us each month to foster a mindset of thankfulness as we encourage one another along our journeys. Each gathering includes a short centering practice\, themed reading\, and interactive group discussion. We’ll explore a variety of topics from the simple joys of life to health\, work to relationships.
