In this interactive workshop\, participants will explore the Around the World Storytelling tool from Wilene Dunn’s book Getting My Happy Back: What to Do and Think When Body and Mind Collide. \nThis powerful exercise helps you reframe your experiences by intentionally retelling a single story through the lens of multiple emotions\, joy\, anger\, fear\, sadness\, excitement\, and more. When you find yourself caught in a strong emotion\, your default reaction often takes over. \nAround the World Storytelling invites you to travel emotionally to see what happens when you revisit that same story from a different emotional “country.” \nAbout Presenter: Wilene Dunn is an author\, publisher\, and founder of WCD Enterprises\, where she helps individuals bring their stories and messages to life through books\, speaking\, and creative development.
