DESCRIPTION:We come together monthly to share in the experience of engaging with our spiritual practice along with\nlifestyle strategies as we navigate maintaining or improving our physical health. \nA big part of this engagement is cultivating a mindset of profound ownership of our health – claiming and embracing\nhealth and wellbeing as our Divine birthright. \nWe will explore the journey of health and the various\ncomponents of mindset and lifestyle changes that we can use in service to our visions of health for\nourselves and for others. We will not only use the powerful tools of discussion and sharing\, but we will\nalso open ourselves at times to other tools such as books\, poetry\, music\, meditation\, and even some\nsimple/non-strenuous physical activity. \nMeeting Information: We meet in person every 4th Saturday of the Month \nRegister Now
