DESCRIPTION:Unveil your inner canvas and tap into your creativity during this meditative art experience. \nOften times we get so wound up in everyday life\, we forget about the magic that lies deep within our souls that is seeking to express itself. We get buried under piles of problems and work/life out of necessity. Often hoping that the right idea or solution will just appear. \nWhat if there was an easier way to tap into our inner creativity to help us uncover those ideas and solutions?  \nTake a step onto the path of the Artist… \nThe artist within you has a creative power beyond belief\, when it’s activated it can help you to unlock ideas and feelings in ways that just normal thinking cannot do. It allows us to get out of the way of our own thinking and to just allow ourselves to be a vessel. \n\nWe’ll start by doing a guided meditation to help us to calm the body and mind. Preparing ourselves to just listen\, observe\, and ask important life questions. Taking time to deeply ponder these thoughts and then taking these ideas to our canvas.\nWe will have multi-media available for you to craft something that comes from deep within your heart. Incorporating images that speak to you\, using paints\, and other materials to help you visually express what your words cannot.\n\nYOU MUST REGISTER BY 10/6/23 at 5pm NO WALK-UP’S WILL BE ALLOWED \n\nAll you will need is to bring yourself (and a friend!).
