Over half of her career was spent in the medical device industry where she thrived\, loved the start-up environment\, and helped take companies to their next major growth stage. She was the major revenue driver for one such company\, generating over $30 million in revenue in less than five years. \nShe left her successful career to enter ministerial school\, full-time in 2010. Rev Karen received Ordination in 2016 and became a licensed minister for Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL) in 2013. She has served for 15 consecutive years for our international organization\, Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL). She currently serves as Co-Chair on the CSL Minister Council.
