Dr. Michael Gott electrifies our sanctuary every time we get the Gift of his Presence! \nSaturday\, July 6   6:30pm Doors Open – 7:00pm Concert \nNew Music and Old Favorites – with Michael Gott \nA velvety croon\, a dynamic crescendo\, a powerful lyric…all ways to describe Rev Dr. Michael Gott’s heartfelt\, soul-filled\, spirit-inspired music. From old standards to original tunes\, Michael’s music caresses your heart\, nourishes your soul\, and sets your spirit free. \nMichael has been playing\, studying\, composing and sharing his special brand of music his whole life. From the Mansion on Turtle Creek to CSLDallas to Unity of Houston\, his personal and spiritual journey is reflected in his music. Michael Gott is a multi-talented musician and an engaging speaker who inspires and entertains. He is a pianist\, a singer\, a songwriter\, and a minister. \nMichael Gott traveled throughout North America and Europe\, singing and speaking at conferences and spiritual centers. In recent years\, he has shared the stage with internationally known personalities such as Dr. Wayne Dyer\, Dr. Deepak Chopra\, and Marianne Williamson. \nWith his background in disparate musical disciplines such as gospel\, pop\, opera\, musical theater\, classical piano\, and jazz\, he has developed a unique performance style that is exciting\, engaging and heartfelt. \nAccomplishments include:  the release of ten albums\, performances of his musical\, Split Ends  (co-written and performed by Dea Vise) in Dallas and Los Angeles\, and the performance of his chamber opera Five O’clock Call in Tulsa. In 2000 he co-wrote the musical titled All STRESSED Up With Nowhere To Go with librettists Joan Jenkins and Greta Muller. The show first premiered in the 2001 Dallas Festival of Independent theaters.
