DESCRIPTION:As shared during the Sunday Celebration on May 18\, Rev. Dr. Petra Weldes will be retiring on December 31\, 2025. We are deeply grateful for her 32 years of visionary leadership\, wisdom\, and unwavering dedication to CSLDallas. Under her guidance\, our community has flourished with purpose\, love\, and mission. We wholeheartedly support her joyful retirement. \nTo support this process\, the Core Council has invited Shaunna Black\, a long-time community member\, to facilitate the journey. With her background as an executive leader and performance coach\, Shaunna will help ensure a thoughtful and inspired transition. \nWe also invite you to attend one of the following Community Sessions\, designed to help us support one another\, share insights\, and stay aligned as we move forward. These kinds of gatherings were essential to the success of last year’s “Rightsizing to Grow” campaign. \n\nSunday\, June 22\, 12–1 p.m. – In person at CSLDallas | Childcare is provided\nWednesday\, June 25\, 7–8 p.m. – In person at CSLDallas (in place of our regular meditation and conversation)\, followed by snacks | Childcare is provided\nSunday\, June 29\, 12–1 p.m. CDT – Online via Zoom.\n\nThis is a pivotal time in our community’s journey.
