Time: 8:30am to 4:00pm (arrive at 8:30 for Juice or Coffee – we start at 9:00am)
Led by Timothy Szal
Spend the day experiencing the depth and beauty of your divine self through silence. Allow yourself to undertake a deep dive into silence, giving you an opportunity to truly be with yourself—to simply Be. Enjoy the Bliss of Being and of going within. Silence is the basis of this activity. You will be physically and spiritually rejuvenated.
Bring your mantra, breath technique, or your meditation technique you have found that works for you. These techniques will be augmented through a walking meditation, a crystal bowl, and a guided meditation. Please wear comfortable clothes that facilitate light movement. If you have a special pillow or blanket, you can bring that too.
Food: A light vegetarian lunch is included! Lunch will be conducted in noble silence.
