Shifting to Positive

When you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or that things aren’t going right, it can be challenging to imagine a positive outcome. The best spiritual tool for shifting consciousness in these situations is true gratitude. Not gratitude for the problems (although there may be good in them), and not a rote list without feeling to it,  but actually noticing and feeling grateful for all the ways your life works, all the support you do have, and all the things that have or are working out in your life.
