Every spiritual tradition agrees that Love is a quality of God, Ultimate Reality. This Love isn’t Hallmark love or Disney love or even family love. This Love is the very engine of the Universe, the impulse of Life, to be for more life. Love is “the Self-givingness of Spirit into Creation.” The very act of creating is Love.
Every time you give yourself to something, you are acting as Love. The gift of your attention and presence is the most powerful force in the Universe because it is Love. Give your attention and presence to the things that matter the most to you and love them into more than you ever dreamed possible.
