Leadership: Congruence Model |
|
|
The Centers for Spiritual Living adopted a new organizational design model to "create a design that would be renewing and innovative, vision and values oriented, and effective for a 21st century spiritual movement." Spiritual Mind Treatment and responsiveness to an all-guiding Source are central to the new design. Vision, values, guiding principles, spiritual community, shared prosperity, mentoring and unified support replace an emphasis upon governance, hierarchy, politics, scarcity, and a 'we-they' separation. Leadership at the Center for Spiritual Living in Dallas is inspired and based on the CSL Organizational Design Model. In addition it is inspired by leading-edge thinking and organizational design, renewal and leadership. It seeks to demonstrate an organization based in Spiritual Principles and guided by values-based leadership, while empowering all people involved to mature spiritually and personally through working within the framework of the model. |
