Spirit Centered Leadership Track
 The Spirit Centered Leadership Track focuses on building community and business leaders in the workplace, civic and political arenas, as well as lay ministers and leaders within a Spiritual Community. Leadership from a Spirit Centered perspective brings the principles of honoring the process, respecting others, and the internal self-awareness to the tasks and processes of leadership. It carves out a deep and rich context within which a team can function effectively, while its participants are being personally challenged to grow and bring all of who they are to a team or leadership situation.
This track leads to certification in Spirit Centered Leadership at two levels. These certifications are useful for business resumes, as well as lay leadership in any Spiritual Community.
Level One focuses on establishing an understanding of “Spirit Centered” leadership and the associated skills. These courses are designed to build successful leaders in any walk of life.
A Leadership Certification is achieved upon completion of all Level One classes which is 48 hours of course work.
A Professional Level Spirit Centered Leadership Certification is achieved upon completion of the Level Two and Three classes, currently being developed. This professional level is intended to deepen one’s Leadership role in the world.
