Qigong for LIFE
Qigong means “energy work.” We live in a sea of Qi and simply need to attune to that consciously to positively influence health and well-being. Participants will learn the whats, whys, and hows of Qigong as well as principles and daily practice forms, including postures and movements, breath work, & heart-mind engagement. Paradoxically, this work happens through relaxation and culminates in effortless meditations. Qigong is accessible to all, and drop-ins are permitted if you are interested but unable to commit to 8 weeks.

Char was introduced to Qigong in her coursework at Golden Gate School of Feng Shui in 2009 and she immediately resonated with it. She has been learning (and earning certifications) from various sources ever since and is currently training with the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi (Santa Barbara, CA).
