Trinity River Expeditions – Private Kayak and Canoe Tour (Trinity Forest area)

Cost: This tour cost $45 per person, and you must register directly with the tour operation.
How to RSVP: You will call Charles Allen at Trinity River Expeditions 214-941-1757 and tell him you are with the CSLDallas Nature Circle private Sept 22 tour, and if you want a canoe or kayak. There is a limit on the number of canoes and kayaks, so register early.
Cancellation policy: They will refund your money if cancelled by August 22, after that no refund.
Meeting Place: Close to 1714 E 8th Street, Dallas, TX 75203.
Follow these directions: From downtown take I35E South to the 8th Street Exit. Take a left on 8th Street and remain on 8th Street until you pass N Corinth Street Road. Stay on Corinth and go over the DART rail tracks then U-turn back. Go over the tracks, going back the way you came, and take the first right onto a small paved road (unnamed). This road changes to gravel and is about ¼ mile to the river. Park when you arrive at the river and we will meet there.

Duration: 3 ½ hours total time. 2 ½ hours on the river. We should be through at about 12:30 PM.
Items to bring: Old tennis shoes, 2 quarts of water, hat, and sunscreen.

- You DO need to RSVP for this event. Typically however, you do not need to RSVP for Nature Circle events.
- If you have trouble finding us, please call one of the numbers below.
- Be prompt. Since we don’t know who is coming, we won’t wait on you.
- Feel free to invite others by sharing this event.
- In the event of storms, an email will be sent 2 hours before the event.
- It’s recommended to wear long pants and bring bug spray, sunscreen, and water.
