So you decided to meditate, eat right, or exercise…and you did for a bit…and then you didn’t. Now what? Every day is a new day. Every day is an opportunity to begin again. Rather than focusing on what you didn’t do yesterday, which is utterly unmotivating, simply start again today. Don’t wait until tomorrow. Recall your decision, remember that you are at choice, and do it, now. No matter how many times you fall down or fall off your discipline, all that’s important is that you get up one more time than you fall down. Today is a new day!
